I have a closet full of journals and well over 200 books. I’ve alpine and ice climbed in Alaska, Bolivia, Ecuador, Switzerland, and Nepal. I swam 18K around Boracay in the Philippines for kicks. I’ve gutted three houses to studs and built one from the ground up. I’ve traveled to 45+ countries. I grow about half of my food. And I love dogs.

For over a decade, I’ve worked as a contractor, freelancer, and partner to businesses that rely on content to grow. I show up, I do the work, and I make sure it fits together.

My sweet spot is working with female founders and entrepreneurs who’ve reached a plateau or are ready to exit. They just need that little something to drive their business or its value forward. 

I'm a really good writer.

I’ve been doing this a long time. And while longevity doesn’t guarantee quality, I’ve spent a lot of time refining my craft.

I’m a natural-born researcher. My undergrad in biology and biostatistics taught me to dig in, connect the dots, and see what others miss.

I came to writing by way of business ownership — a real estate company (miraculously sold in 2009), a massage studio (sold in 2014), and my personal favorite, a houseplant rental business (dissolved, but that’s another story).
